TAKE NOTICE that the Frankenmuth City Council held a public hearing on Tuesday May 7, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Meeting Chambers in the Frankenmuth City & Township Government Center, 240 W. Genesee Street, Frankenmuth, Michigan, and approved an amendment to create Chapter 81-Social Districts of Title VII of the City Code. The approved amendment is as follows:
Creation of Chapter 81. Social Districts, 7.811 Definitions, 7.812 Allowable Activities and Restrictions, 7.813 Violations; Penalties & 7.814 Miscellaneous.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the full text of the ordinance is available for review during normal office hours at Frankenmuth City, City Township Government Center, 240 W. Genesee Street, Frankenmuth, MI 48734.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the approved ordinance amendment is effective twenty (20) days after its adoption, as provided in the City Charter.
