VBS at Faith Lutheran begins July 31

  Vacation Bible School with the theme �ve Quest’ will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 4241 Williamson Road, Bridgeport starting on Sunday, July 31 through Thursday, August 4 from 6-8pm 
  Games, snacks, crafts, fun Bible stories and songs will be featured. Children aged from preschool through sixth grade are invited.

Bridgeport Historical Society announces 2016 Summer Concert Series

  The Historical Society of Bridgeport will begin its "Summer concert Series" on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 7pm in the Bridgeport Historical Village, located at 6190 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport, 
  The concerts are as follows: July 26, Common Ground Band; August 2, Jasper Creek Duo; August 9, Family Fun Night: children's Games at 6pm, Ronald McDonald at 6:30pm, Bob Holtsapple's Talent Round-up at 7pm; August 16, Eva Stone & Friends; August 23, The Road Dawgz Band; August 30, Michael Beekman-Treble Makers.  
  Bring a lawn chair to the Tuesday Concerts in the Park. They are held every week, rain or shine. 

Appraisals at B’port Flea Market July 21

  The Historical Society of Bridgeport will hold an Antique and Vintage Day at the Flea Market on Thursday, July 21, 2016.  There will be Antique
Appraisals by Rockwell Scherzer and Mike Walderzak.
  Visitors can bring one or two items for appraisals. There is a charge of one item for $3 or two items for $5. Proceeds go to the Historical Society of Bridgeport.
  Vendors can sell antiques and vintage items as well as their regular merchandise.  Bring your own tables and chairs; spaces are first come, first served. Set up is still free. Be ready for whatever weather happens.
