Ribbon cutting at BCC May 26

  Bavarian Comfort Care would like to invite the community to celebrate Bavarian Comfort Care’s expansion at 5366 West Rolling Hills Dr. Bridgeport, MI 48722. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to take place on May 26, 2015 at 10am.   They will celebrate the addition of an Assisted Living & Memory Care community. The addition consists of 21 more rooms along with a new dining room, living room, and activities lounge for assisted living and memory care residents, making the building size approximately 35,000 sq ft.

McNally Chapel dedication is  May 31

  The community is invited to attend a dedication of the McNally chapel at the Bridgeport Historical Village at 6190 Dixie Highway, next to the firehall. The ceremony will take place at 3pm Sunday May 31.

  Following the dedication there will be tours and refreshments. All are welcome.  Call for questions (989-777-5230).

Historical Society upcoming events

  The Bridgeport Historical Society has several events scheduled. All of these events happen in the Bridgeport Historical Village, 6190 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport.

    Dedication of the William McNally Chapel: Sunday, May 31, 2015. The exact time has not been decided yet.

  Flea Market/Farm Market Opens: Thursday, June 4. Vendors can set up free, 9am to 10am.  Shopping from 10am to 5pm

  Call the Museum (777-5230) Tuesday through Saturday, 1pm to 5pm for more information on any events listed.

William McNally Chapel dedication to be held on May 31

  The Historical Society of Bridgeport   will hold the dedication of the William McNally Chapel on Sunday, May 31 at 3pm, in the Bridgeport Historical village, 6190 Dixie Hwy., Bridgeport.

  The new addition to the Bridgeport Historical Village was built to commemorate the histories of the first churches in our township's pioneering past.
