Comm Ed presents Peter Pan on April 12
Get your Fairy Dust and a prize from the Never Land Treasure Chest when Frankenmuth Community Education presents Peter Pan by Theaterworks USA on Saturday, April 12 at 3pm in the Bronner Performing Arts Center.
Theaterworks USA brings their adapted version of J.M. Bartie’s classic tale of Peter Pan, created by John Caird and Trevor Nunn. Show tickets are $10.
This touring production explores the journey of a group of children who live in turn-of-the century London who use their imaginations to re-enact the story of Peter Pan. Astonished by Peter Pan’s appearance in the nursery, young Wendy, John and Michael are intrigued by his tales of Never Land, the home of fairies, mermaids, pirates, and the poor lost boys who need a mother. With the help of a little fairy dust, they fly off with Peter and their adventure begins.
The public is invited to join in the fun and dress up as your favorite Never Land Character, get your picture taken with Captain Hook for $10 (a fundraiser for List Technology Fund) and bring in your treasure map and draw a prize from the Never Land Treasure Chest.
